Marketing Account Executive

What you will do at Ontime:

 

  • Work across a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication
  • Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Handle & monitor communication for all social media accounts on all social media platforms
  • Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to the creative team for concept development
  • Managing campaigns on social media
  • Communicate with target audiences and build/ develop relationships as a brand
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
  • Work closely with the internal visual, multimedia department
  • Report to the management team

Skills:

 

  • A marketing or digital marketing degree is required
  • At least 2 full years of proven work/ experience is a must. Agency experience is essential
  • First class organizational skills
  • A pro-active approach to creative projects
  • Digital marketing background with a showcase of skills and knowledge on social media management
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • Copywriting and design knowledge to consult on marketing materials production mainly for online use
  • Management of integrated campaigns; creative, branding, content, advertising, social
  • Content creation
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing principles
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
  • Drive and self-motivation
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbally
  • Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
